Frequently Asked Questions

Q How far are you from the airport?

A We are approximately 1.5 miles south of the airport.


Q How long will it take to get there?

A From the time you arrive on our lot, it will take no more than 10 -15 minutes to get to the airport.


Q What are your accepted methods of payment?

A For online reservations and at checkout we accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners and BizXchange.


Q How do I redeem my PremierPark™ electronic vouchers for free days?

A As you check out, simply hand the cashier your reservation confirmation form or tell the cashier your account name or real name. The cashier will look up your account and ask you how many of your unredeemed vouchers you want to use for that stay. Then the cashier will apply that number of vouchers to your stay, process your payment and hand you a receipt that details the transaction.


Q I still have an old physical PremierPark™ punch card. How do I get it converted to electronic vouchers for free days?

A Simply turn in your physical card at the entrance window the next time you park with us. Our helpful staff will give you a new card and credit your account with all the punches on your card. Then, if your card is complete your free days will be available for your use when you exit the lot.


Q I have a coupon. When do I need to give it to your staff?

A Hand your coupon to parking lot staff at the end of your stay when you are making payment.


Q I have another coupon. Can it be combined?

A Please refer to the terms of each coupon.


Q Do you accept coupons from competitors?

A No. When our customers take advantage of our online reservation rate and PremierPark™, they find that they get a better effective rate than that offered in most competitor coupons. Then once a customer has made a reservation online, that customer begins to receive special offers via email for even better rates.


Q How do you know to pick me up at the airport?

A We keep our shuttles on a constant rotation using our Global Positioning System (GPS) satellite tracking system a shuttle should be by every 5-7 minutes and after midnight, please use the courtesy phones provided at the airport to give us a call.


Q I am coming back after midnight, what do I do?

A See previous question.


Q The bus just passed me by, why?

A When you return from your trip our shuttles will pick you up at either Island 1 or 3 of the airport parking garage shuttle pickup area. Once you see our shuttles clearly marked, simply raise your hand and a driver will pick you up.


Q How will the driver know where I parked?

A When you park your vehicle at our facility our friendly drivers will provide you with a stall locator. This form should be presented to the driver who picks you up when you return from your trip.


Q Should I leave my valuables visible in my car?

A As always when traveling protect your valuables and keep them out of sight.


Q I have a lot of luggage, should I check it in first and then park my car?

A Some customers prefer to check their luggage first and then park and ride with us hands free.


Q Are you handicap accessible?

A With 24 hour advance notice we offer wheelchair assistance with a specially equipped van and trained staff. We do need a little advance notice, as we need to make sure we have a specially licensed driver on duty both when the guest arrives and departs and so that we can seek and receive special permission from the Port of Seattle to drop the guest off at departures.


Q I use a motorized scooter for assistance but I am able to walk a short distance, will I need to arrange for a special needs pickup?

A Yes, we have trained staff on hand and a specially equipped shuttle, just call our office and we will take care of the rest.

Q How is parking charged?

A Parking is based on a 24 clock starting from when a customer takes a parking ticket.


Q What is the daily rate for a PremierPark™ member?

A $11.95 daily rate, $9.96 effective rate for 30 days. See the math at http://www.seatacpark.com/card.aspx for more detail.


Q I used a search engine and it says you have covered parking?

A Unfortunately we do not provide covered parking, however you are welcome to place a car cover on your vehicle while you are away.
