What is "Touch Free"?
A "Touch Free" car wash system uses low pressure detergent application and high pressure nozzles. Other vehicle wash systems use brushes or other materials to clean your vehicle. With the "Touch Free" system nothing touches the vehicle except detergent solution and high-pressure water.
During the wash your vehicle will be:
- driven into the wash bay to receive an under carriage and wheel wash,
- placed in park once inside the wash bay,
- sprayed with high-pressure hot water that contains a presoak solution which will penetrate and remove dirt*,
- rinsed with spot-free water,
- dried, and
- returned to SeaTacPark.com.
*Since all of the above occurs without brushes or other material, your vehicle's delicate clear coat finish is protected.
To utilize the car wash service:
- Take a "key envelope", located in the shuttle, and fill out your name, return date, make and model of car.
- Place your keys and the stall locator the driver gave you inside the key envelope.
- Seal the envelope and remove the stall locator stapled to the envelope. (The new stall locator and the key envelope have numbers that match, which is how your keys will be organized and located when you return.)
- Hand the sealed envelope to the driver and keep the new stall locator slip.
- Upon your return, simply give the driver your new stall locator slip.
- The driver will call in and your keys will be waiting for you at the lot. $15.00 will be added to your transaction as you exit the lot.
